Setup & Getting Started

PeopleLinx enables lead scoring and 1-click prospecting.
Setup takes just 2 minutes.

  • Supports automatic lead scoring for Woodpecker.co and CSV uploads for Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo etc.

  • Once connected, PeopleLinx identifies top engaged prospects who have not responded but are showing interest

  • Email alerts and mobile push notifications enable 1-click prospecting workflows like: calling, messaging on LinkedIn etc.

1 SETUP AND GETTING STARTED

  1. Create an account via login.PeopleLinx.com

  2. Connect PeopleLinx to your Woodpecker account.

    • This can be done two ways:

      • During the onboarding prompts

      • Adding your Woodpecker API key within settings

    • Locate your Woodpecker API key in Woodpecker > Settings > Marketplace > Integrations > API Key

  3. Download the mobile application and log in with your PeopleLinx credentials


2 PROSPECTING USING PEOPLELINX

PeopleLinx scores leads based on sales outreach activity and data such as: email opens, website and calendar URL clicks, time since last engagement and other key factors.

Following through on top engaged prospects

  • Calling: PeopleLinx enables 1-click calling to follow-through directly from the mobile application

  • LinkedIn: PeopleLinx enables 1-click access to the prospects' LinkedIn profile for sending connection requests, messages and additional research

  • Emailing: If a prospect has not engaged in 2+ weeks, it’s recommended to reach out via email to bring the opportunity back to life

All calls and engagement history are tracked within the prospects profile making it easy to view recent call history, notes and email engagement.

Marketing prospects as completed

  • If you connect with a prospect or decide to move on from an opportunity, you’ll want to mark that prospect as “Completed”. This will move them into a “completed activities” section.

    • If the prospect re-engages with your sales outreach, PeopleLinx will automatically bring them back as a scored lead.

    • You can also reactivate completed prospects manually anytime from the “Completed Activities” section.

Editing prospect information and adding notes

  • Each field within the prospects profile may be edited to add new or updated information.

  • You may also add notes to prospects directly from their profile.


3 REPORTING AND ANALYTICS

Homepage dashboard

  • Homepage dashboard analytics provide a quick snapshot of your outreach performance, scored lead levels and follow-through activity.

Reporting Dashboard

  • Measure and track sales activities across teams

  • Analyze outreach performance, scored leads, follow-through calls etc.

  • Review individual and team campaign performance (open, reply rates etc.)

  • Identify top-performers and which sales activities drive the best results

Admin analytics

  • Team admins have access to overall team and individual performance. This is available to premium customers only.

Leaderboard

  • Users can track and measure their performance against their team using the leaderboard feature on the dashboard.


4 SUMMARY AND NEXT STEPS

PeopleLinx is powered by your prospecting system. To maximize lead flow you’ll want to ensure your outreach remains active and is performing at its highest level.

  • If your prospecting system goes inactive or you’d like to increase prospecting activity independently, upload a CSV of prospects anytime within settings.

    • PeopleLinx wise will score these prospects and populate them on the desktop and mobile applications

    • Low score prospects can be engaged with 1-click via the “Total Prospects” menu on PeopleLinx mobile
