Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job description: The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, expanding and managing a network of partners. These partners will provide new revenue streams for the sales team and strengthen existing client relationships.

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will represent PeopleLinx while deepening and retaining our current partnership network as well as expanding it.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of business development or channel partnership experience

  • A general understanding of marketing, the SaaS ecosystem and key players within the space

  • A proven track record of managing top partners and achieving revenue goals

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid relationship building and networking ability

Compensation: Base salary and commissions

Location: Remote

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen our current partnership network

  • Expand our partnership network with key players in the space

  • Assist with partner collaborations such as coordinating events

  • Identify and pursue joint sales opportunities

  • Partner and align with management and marketing leadership

  • Represent PeopleLinx at-large and within our network

  • Participate in team meetings, events and growth opportunities
