Business Development Representative
Job description: Business Development Reps are responsible for setting introductory calls with target customers. You’ll work directly with marketing and sales leadership and contribute directly to company growth. Inside Sales Reps are supported with warm prospect lists, proven scripts and processes and world class sales coaching.
Requirements: The ideal candidate has excellent writing and communication skills, high energy and is comfortable interfacing with executives and prospective clients.
Compensation: Base salary and commissions
Location: Remote
Roles & responsibilities:
Set 10+ meetings each week with prospective clients
Partner and align with marketing leadership and campaigns
Represent PeopleLinx at-large and within our target markets
Improve performance through feedback and collaboration
Participate in team meetings, events and growth opportunities
