Account Executive

Job description: Account Executives are responsible for acquiring and welcoming new clients. You’ll work closely with sales and customer success leadership teams and contribute directly to company growth. Account Executives are supported with a regular flow of qualified leads, proven scripts, processes and world class sales coaching.

Requirements: The ideal candidate has minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience and is comfortable negotiating new business. Background in selling technology, sales or marketing solutions is excellent but not required.

Compensation: Base salary and commissions

Location: Remote

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Meet with 10+ new prospects each week

  • Introduce and demonstrate PeopleLinx solutions

  • Negotiate long-term contracts with target customers

  • Partner and align with marketing leadership and campaigns

  • Represent PeopleLinx at-large and within our target markets

  • Participate in team meetings, events and growth opportunities
