F@#K that was not professional!
Last week LinkedIn released a product called Signal (in Beta). If this is the first you’re hearing about Signal, here is a quick summary from a recent article:
“Signal combines the incredibly detailed information available in LinkedIn profiles with the vast amount of information surging through Twitter to provide a treasure trove of targeted data–free and searchable.”
Call it immature, but the kid in us decided to see what professionals on LinkedIn don’t give a F@#K, or on the contrary – do give one! So we started typing naughty words into Signal…
Lo and behold, it seems there are a few LinkedIn users who don’t give a F@#K! 40,000 or so to date.
This professional party foul can largely be attributed to the Twitter/LinkedIn integration and
a lack of awareness on the part of the LinkedIn user. We didn’t dig too deep, because honestly, we don’t care – but companies might (especially PR & HR departments).
If you’ll notice above, it looks like MySpace Corporation is leading the charge in total number of F@#Ks.
196 to be exact.
