Making social business work
As former and early LinkedIn employees, we recognized the need for organizations to change their way of doing business in response to the unique challenges and opportunities thrust upon them by social media technologies.
Unlike the controlled, formal “top-down” adaptation and implementation processes of the past, companies are inheriting technologies such as LinkedIn®, Facebook®, blogs and Twitter® in a “bottom-up” groundswell generated by employees, partners, customers, prospects and competitors.
This new social business dynamic presents tremendous opportunities. However, most organizations lack the strategies, best practices, training, and tools needed to minimize risk while maximizing return on their social media sales and marketing efforts.
